I just got done getting my car inspected and decided to go to McDonald’s for some breakfast and I wasn’t even there for a full minute, I pulled up ordered my food and a drink and I didn’t even have to put my car into park, I literally went to the window to pay and and then pulled up to the next window and my food and drink was ready to go, if I could tip them I would but instead I’m writing this survey because I was just that impressed with them. Thank you McDonald’s for being fast and friendly, I’ll definitely be coming back here again!!

The only reason I gave it a 2 star was because the guy at the window has friendly. When I first pulled in I was ‘Rewarded’ with “order whatever you want” all rude like and when all I asked for was a quarter pounder with mustard onion and pickles with fries and a drink. She said “The deluxe cheeseburger?” No. A quarter pounder. Will not be coming back next time.

No one seemed as tho it mattered in the slightest they were at work. It was close to an hour past any lunch rush and 1) the food wasn’t fresh hot like it should have been. 2) They hadn’t bothered checking the drink station. So that meant no tea, especially the sweet tea completely out. They were told up at the front and we were just stared at like “And”, ” fix it”. She then took the cups and filled from Drive thru After getting our drinks back we needed lids. NO LARGE LIDS!!! Not even a broken dirty one laying around there. So we went asked for lids. Instead of grabbing a couple for us she handed them to the girl running the dine-in register. After she got done with her next 2 separate customers, she grapped the lids and proceeded to soooo SLOW! I haven’t really ever had the best service there. Food or Customer service. In the drive thru they ALWAYS mess something up. My advice unless you have a child screaming they want a happy meal; go down the road a little farther and go to Sonic. 9/10 sonic usually atleast gets it the order correct.
