Everytime I go here they always get something wrong. They NEVER put napkins in the bag and apparently can’t put the lids on correctly. I got a hot fudge sundae and they didn’t put the lid on correctly. It spilled all over the car and cup holder. I also got a iced Carmel mocha latte, the robot gave me a regular mocha. The mocha also didn’t have the lid put on correctly and tasted like straight dirt. I got a large and they only filled it 3/4 of the way. I guess I just paid for the cup and not the drink. Do better please.

I haven’t had McDonald’s in a while and was hungry. There’s not much to choose from with a few miles of home. I will no longer do the mobile app. After we did our orders, I immediately got in my car and drove over there and parked in stall number one. McDonald’s is only 1.8 miles from my house. My fries were not hot and I wanted extra pickles . I only got two pickles on my crispy chicken sandwich. Also the worker brings out my order and forgets to bring my drink. He did apologize and go back into the restaurant to get my beverage. So next time, I’ll go through the drive thru. It will be a while before I go back. I should have gone to Freddy’s or Whataburger. Smh

My family went to McDonald’s this evening and Olga was simply AMAZING. We have never gotten service at this location like this before. She made sure we had everything hot and fresh and she even came over to check on us. Super sweet! They need more associates like Olga in this world.

I was using my rewards and I had enough for a happy meal. I was treated like I was trying to scam or steal the darn thing. The manager was rude demanding that I show her my phone. I had over 6000 points and they knocked me down to 300 she was trying to tell me that I didn’t have enough rewards. Mind you I could have paid for it but I had the rewards. And the were not going to give me back my rewards. The speaker also doesn’t work that well.

I will give you 5 stars when you get rid of the automated voice in the drive thru. That thing is beyond annoying and inaccurate. Every single time I go up there the person at the window has to fix my order. The staff is absolutely wonderful! I have been given great customer service and the food is good but until you get rid of robo-chick, I’ll keep it at 1 star. It honestly makes me want to go somewhere else bc it’s so bad. I know I could just go inside but with 3 kids, I’d rather not.

Just had the worst interaction here. I work in customer service so I only ever approach with kindness because I know how rude people can be. Our sandwich was made wrong to the point where we couldn’t eat what we received; I said “Hey, sorry to bother you but can we get our sandwich remade?” but… only after berating the young and helpful employee, the manager came out to then yell at me about how they don’t allow bacon substitutions on anything; all we were doing was subbing bacon on an egg McMuffin which we have ordered about 10 times in the past several months through the app. Unless something changed then it’s definitely allowed but the manager decided to raise her voice with me instead of just telling me that like a normal person. Two of the managers on duty didn’t help the situation and the only person I don’t fault was the young guy who brought our food out curbside.
