God bless this poor manager. Orders kept coming out wrong. People were getting angry and frustrated (some not so nice). You could hear the manager trying to motivate her (young and clearly either new and still learning, highly overwhelmed, or seriously unmotivated) workers, correcting and redirecting, assisting them, and stepping in to do work herself to keep the food moving. Even so, it took over 40 minutes for me to get my order despite there not being many people ahead of me (not sure what the drive-thru looked like). Food was just okay. They didn’t have any other hot drinks available other than coffee/decaf. Wouldn’t go there again if I didn’t have to.

When I trouble myself enough to walk up to the counter to order my food I do not appreciate having to stand….waiting to be acknowledged by the human(s) across the counter. The drive through is an option, but this particular franchise has been remodeled. I wanted to experience the dine-in option. The kiosk is not for me, either. The food was good, but how a place makes me feel is as important as anything else.

Hate it. We have a bad experience every time we go. But still end up going there bc we have a 3 year old who loves Happy Meals. Ordered on the app today. The entire order was wrong and took forever to get. I’d give it a zero if I could. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT.

This is the nicest McDonalds I have ever been to. The parking lot was clean. The restaurant and its bathroom were immaculate. The staff was polite and friendly. I wish every McDonalds was this nice. The half cut iced tea is always my favorite! Hats off the the manager and her team for doing this so well!

Only stopped here because it was by the truck stop.Asked for fresh nuggets. I got 2 miles down the road, the nuggets were half done and soggy. I would have turned my truck around but it cost more in fuel to go back there than the price if them nasty nuggets.

The place is very dysfunctional. Majority of the staff are very rude and disrespectful. They are always messing up on orders, food is never fresh, and in all a mess. This is not coming from one experience with this restaurant, but multiple. I thought with them building a new building would make the restaurant better, sadly it didn’t.

It would be helpful if the front end staff didn’t act like your presence inside the restaurant was a nuisance. The big sigh taking an order. Then the other big sigh when asked for the cup that was forgotten. And you can forget about using the kiosk because then you completely get ignored (as did another in my party) while your order number sits in the screen for 15 minutes, in preparing status……4 chicken nuggets, and a happy meal. When you finally ask if you’ve been forgotten, the attitude comes out. THERE WERE NO OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THE STORE WAITING FOR FOOD! Some people aren’t meant to multi-task, and if you can’t, that’s probably not the job for you sis…..Ms. assistant manager, way past her prime of being able to appropriately manage not only the front end counter but also her crotchety old cantankerous attitude.
