I ordered my food on the application. When it was ready the food was placed on the counter and my name was called, the worker the walked away. I had to ask for my cups. I then had to ask for Ketchup, I was given 4 packets for 2 large orders of fries. I was getting ready to ask for a couple more when I was told if I needed more to come back up there. I had already made 2 unnecessary trips and I was not going to make a third one. You can keep you damn Ketchup.

Receipts clearly say no shredded lettuce. Even the tags on the wrappers say no shredded lettuce. At least your workers read to add light pickles. I could understand a little if it was busy, but there was only 1 other person waiting for food. I stopped here thinking they’d be better than the Loves in St. Louis, but I guess not. Wait wasn’t long though. Probably still won’t be back to this one.

Order was #648, She called out #657 waited 20 mins while food became frozen before I had to figure it out for them, make it halfway back to the truck before I realize they also didn’t give me any of the sauces I paid for so then waited 10 more mins for someone to realize im at the counter. Everyone just standing around talking, Terrible service and incompetent employees will never return and deserves 0 stars.

Receipt clearly says no cheese. Even THE STICKER THEY HAD TO PUT ON THE WRAPPER says no cheese. Still got cheese. The line was empty and all 5 people working were huddled up talking. It wasn’t busy, I was the only one there. And the sticker THEY put on the sandwich clearly says no cheese. How do you screw that up???
