I had a long work day today and had to stop by this McDonald’s for a quick lunch. I wasn’t expecting much, but the staff was so friendly, the food was delicious, and the bathrooms were clean too! There was even someone actively cleaning the tables in prep for the lunch rush and I feel like the staff went out of their way to smile and say goodbye! Thank you so much! Keep up the great work I know you work hard!

Very poor customer service. Husband ordered a large fry and chick working at the front desk was extremely rude threw new fries into badly and those fries also weren’t totally full, my sandwich wasn’t made correctly, brothers McFlurry wasn’t mixed, and my sisters cheeseburger had black stuff on it. Only McDonald’s I’ve been to in my entire life who messed my order by not giving me items I paid for AND then had to go through the order screens to “identify my order” before grudgingly offering to replace the items. The lady couldn’t even manage an apology, and then just stopped answering me at all. Just go to the north end of Baltimore already.
