Worst location ever. Always new kids working there, the speed is fine. The order is ALWAYS wrong. Always. Coffee tastes bad, always putting the wrong things on burgers and giving us the wrong sizes. Our order hasn’t been right here in literally weeks. We’ll be switching to the other location in St peters and hoping for better luck.

Went through the drive-thru while pullin up the app to redeem my rewards- free cheeseburger but it was obvious the first window cashier didn’t want to wait for the code and add it to the order. The app was taking forever so I paid for a sandwich I didn’t really want drove around, parked n went in to kiosk to redeem…np except an additional 10min wait due to her attitude with me. lack of cust serv. A huge inconvenience n time waister for me.. I was the only person in drive thru at the time ;wud have only taken about 11 secs more to serve. The food ws fine.

I ordered a large coffee drink. After 15 minutes I was told the coffee machine was not on and would take more time to hand out. The cashier there gave me the option for a refund or to wait. I took the refund. I was told to pull around to the wrong window where I waited till I realized they were not coming. I pulled up to the next window where I was greeted with scowls. When given a partial refund I walked for all of it. The cashier immediately said I’m not dealing with this and walked away. The manager came up and told me I would only be given a partial refund. I only ordered one thing. She then put my partial refund inside the building and I had to wait there in the drive through for no coffee and to have my money withheld from me.

Last night I had 3 drunk adults who I DD’d for, they were crying and laughing intermittently. Bringing up ex partners, recent and long past, it was an emotional rollercoaster. Flashforward to 6:30 AM, after ordering 10 hash browns, 5 different MC’anythings and 3 iced coffees. My peril has ended, my shackles to responsibility have been broken, all thanks to the McD.

What has happened to the food here? Used to be one of my fave places to grab a burger, but now… Sandwiches are thrown together, no points for appealing visually at all! I cannot remember the last time I customized my sandwich and then actually got my request. Attention all employees: To-Go orders should ALWAYS have napkins in the bag/with the order!!! Once again, I cannot remember the last time I got any without asking as I was receiving my order. As far as mobile orders go, ok love the idea of it-but something’s got to give on the actual doing it part!! Ever since mobile orders it’s almost impossible to just go thru the drive thru or run inside. I have been told on multiple occasions, once I’ve already waited several minutes in line, that they are only accepting mobile or delivery orders!! Wait? What??! I’m confused. So since mobile orders are now being fumbled around-We can no longer just drive thru with cash for food from McDonald’s anymore??? Wow. Explain this to me bcuz I am so at a loss for words here… Seriously?? Okkaaaay Guess my order and “CASH” isn’t good enough anymore. I’m happily met always with hot, tasty, food at smashburger down the street… Psst! With napkins everytime!!

They are nothing like they used to be. Mr Kroc would roll over in his grave if he could see how McDonald’s are now. Substandard food, poor service, and a lousy atmosphere. Customer service left this place long ago! Thank God for Hardee’s!!! Their food is so much better and so is the atmosphere!

Literally, every time I go to this location closest to home, something is wrong. Always screws something up or the food is old and dried out. I’ve ordered the crispy chicken from other locations and it was phenomenal. Ordered it from here once, and they used an old dried out mcchicken patty in place of the chicken breast and charged $5 for that. This place is a joke. My wife just accidentally ordered from here on the app. They served us this old sausage burrito and skeet mocha Frappuccino. What a joke.
