Worst experience of my life ever at this location! Sat in the drive thru line for a good 6 minutes with no one taking my order pull up to the window and employee is literally at the sink so I honk still with no answer and sat there for an additional 4 minutes honking periodically and then she picks up her phone talking and walks away and stands in the sitting area. Me and at least 8 other people tried to order food and everyone just drove away.

Ouch! I sincerely dislike leaving bad reviews, but I feel like this will help everyone else out. Sometimes my kids need a little treat, and they usually go for hamburgers but this particular location is the really the worst. Customer service is a zero for sure. They’ll often turn lights off before closing time, and tell customers they are out of ice cream, french fries, milk shakes, coffee, etc the closer it gets to closing time. These employees couldn’t be taking short cuts could they? Lol What a joke. Don’t go here! Take the time to hit up a different location if you have to.

Horrific experience, always. Took a chance on his location after avoiding it for the past three years and was unfortunately reminded of why I don’t waste my time here. Put in a mobile order in and 20 minutes later I had to go walk around the building (bc every door was locked and the employees were repeatedly ignoring the phone) knock incessantly in order to be acknowledged and was then given my order which was ready, sitting there on the counter waiting to be brought outside for who knows how long, next to other bags of which I’m sure were the other neglected mobile order customers. Oh, and mobile order spots were all full due to their own long wait and I had to pull into an unmarked spot, which was the only reason I tried to get through on the phone to begin with. Honestly felt bad for the people next to me who had been there waiting even longer. See you never, McDonald’s on Manchester, I will now forever take my business across the street to Chick fil a anytime I’m in the area.

I have gone to this location for decades, live nearby. It is slowly gone downhill to the fact that I can’t stand it anymore. I understand workers are hard to get, but maybe they should raise their wages so they gonna attract somebody. This is the first time I’ve gone several months because the service is so bad and it’s actually gotten worse. McDonald’s should be ashamed

All I ordered was a hot fudge sundae. The unimpressive drive thru girl tried handing me a plain cup of ice cream. How is that a sundae? It’s not! I told her it was supposed to have hot fudge. Oh you want Hot Fudge? YES it’s on my receipt, it’s was I PAID FOR!

I have gone there 4 times in the last 2 years and they are so rude! I bit into my fish sandwich and I couldn’t actually bite through it…it was that old…it was so old. The people that work there I feel hate the people they are serving. For what ever reason. All 4 visits…NOT ONE TIME DID THEY SAY “THANK YOU” OR HAVE A NICE DAY. MEAN…COLD…RUDE…AND THE WAY THEY MAKE THE FOOD AND GIVE IT OUT IS DOWN RIGHT DANGEROUS! IF I WOULD HAVE EATEN THAT FISH SANDWICH IT WOULD HAVE SENT ME TO THE HOSPITAL. FIRE THAT MANAGE!

Unfortunately this might be one of the worst fast food locations in the area. I keep saying I’ll never go back but every few months I give it another try. The service is not good, the inside is never open, the employees are usually not welcoming, and the drive always takes much longer than what could be expected at a fast food restaurant.

We were the only people in the whole place, and someone who I can only assume was the manager was audibly yelling at her much younger employees, accusing them of being messed up in the head. She even asked one if he’d takes his ADHD medication. Absolutely lousy behavior and environment to eat in. Only consolation was the burgers.
