Drive through gets the order wrong 95% of the time. Frequent missing items. Used to think it was a mistake but am now beginning to wonder if it’s on purpose since they always short you and never accidentally give you more than you ordered.

Not a big fan of McDonald’s but the one time I actually gave it a shot, fries was old and food didn’t taste that great. I normally love McDonald’s French fries but that’s only when they are fresh. It’s always busy at this location as well. But I guess they’re doing something right if it’s always busy.

HAD to use kiosk for my $5.27 order of three items. Then after 13 minutes of waiting at my table and a couple more after going to the counter before I was noticed, I finally got my double cheese burger, sweet tea & 3 cookies. Most tables were dirty & yhe managers kids were playing in the dining room unsupervised. Wow!

I don’t understand how a fast food restaurant can be so inept. They constantly have people waiting for drive thru orders. I am unsure how they can not get food out to customers in a reasonable amount of time. This has pretty well ended me going to this McDonalds. It is becoming one of the worst for service that have come to. I had to go inside to pick up my meal.

dissapointed. first we are raising prices, without raising the quality of the food. three burgers i purchased today were NOT cooked all the way, they were bright pink, it was unappetizing. I did not ask for a rare burger. I got two quarter pounders and a happy meal. why on earth would i want my child eating a practically RARE burger? management is clearly not doing their job correctly. i will not be back to this location.

Order taker manage to get quantities wrong on four different items, sadly disappointing 94 year-old father on Father’s Day and costing me $23 instead of $12.00. Additionally, the restaurant had only one other customer.

If people are worried about poor service, is because like many other places, this restaurant is short staffed. MetroBus route number 9 may be the ticket to get this place more good employees and managers. MetroBus route number 9 is the Oakville bus. The area used to be served by MetroBus route 17 which was the Oakville. It is great to know that there is service provided by a public bus for those who are touring St. Louis County.
