It was great! I think we were the first customers of the day and ordered a 12 or 13 pk of cookies. And I know they probably didn’t even have them made for the day yet! But they did great. Had great customer service even tho it was brief since we ordered on the app. And had them bring it to us. Im pretty sure she was some kind of shift lead. She was nice and friendly. And I apologize to the crew it wasn’t morning for us, it was still the night because we had a long night a the casino so it was our bedtime snack. Our order was relatively quick considering the time it took to bake the cookies, it was nice and hot and not a single issue with the order what so ever. We appreciate you. We did a mobile order. And it went smoothly. Will definitely come to this McDonald’s vs the other one down the road!

I ordered an iced vanilla coffee medium and got a small. It wouldn’t be that big of an issue but when I pointed it out the girl said no that’s a medium for the iced coffee. I paid 6$ for a medium coffee and a hash brown and didn’t even get what I wanted and when trying to fix it she lied and didn’t want to own up to making a mistake. This isn’t the first times I’ve had issues there and they don’t respect how u feel and don’t want to change the issue or take blame. Another time we got coffee and it had expired milk or creamer and we could see it at the bottom and they tried ti tell us it was just how it is and theirs nothing wrong with it. They didn’t offer a way to fix the issue and just told us we were wrong when we could see it.

These people are DISGUSTING!! The attitude that they can treat anyone however they feel like is appalling to me! The managers who’s names were “Jack & Jill” according to one of the girls working (after asking for the manager & their names) don’t care how you’re treated as a customer by the other staff because they treat you the same way! They will not provide you with contact information to report their behavior and will not give their names. I should have recorded my experience and blasted it on social media or given it to my lawyer! You can tell that every reject from life works there, has zero education and can’t even spell the words “work ethic” let alone have it! Great job franchise owner! Really shining bright with this crew. You should be ashamed to have your name on a place like this with people like this as your employees! Clearly I am not alone in my opinion after reading the countless negative reviews prior to posting this.

By far the worst McDonalds I have been to across the entire country. Employees don’t give a s***, management is non-existent, owners don’t care either. I can guarantee you they will forget something with your order, and when you ask about it they give you the death stare like you’re the problem. One time I stopped by and they refused service because there were 2 other cars in the drive thru. They will not cook anything fresh, enjoy stale food that’s been sitting out in the heat lamp for hours on end. Do not come here, it is a waste of time and money (and health since the inside is never cleaned ever).

Service is terrible here. After ordering and then waiting in an empty restaurant for 10 minutes someone asked if we ordered anything. If people actually took orders instead of a kiosk, they would have known customers were in there lobby waiting for an order.

One of the worst McDonald’s experiences in recent times. The place was absolutely disgusting dirty like it had not been cleaned all shift. It took forever to get our food, then they attempted to box up old stale fries. We asked for fresh ones which meant our fresh burgers then sat under the heat light for 6 + minutes getting stale. Lastly, they were out of pickles, a McDonald’s cheeseburger without them is pretty sad, and they waited to tell me this until they handed me the food 25 Minutes after it was ordered… This place needs some serious adult supervision in the pm hours, lots of people standing around doing nothing but talking.

Horrible atmosphere, managers are very rude and always have a horrible attitude. They do not care if your upset about service, quality or anything and if you address issues they make you feel stupid for doing so. They treat customers and employees horribly. Constantly complaining and giving dirty looks when you order food and they actually have to do their job. I would not recommend coming to this location.

It’s McDonald’s… food is as expected which is not a bad thing. Service tho has always been and still is a nightmare at this location. It was bad at their old location, still bad at this one too. Only time I go there is when my daughter wants chicken nuggets and fries, and I die inside knowing I’m gonna waste 30 min off my life. Tip: I don’t think they like anyone using the app specially curbside pickup
