This location is normally pretty decent. However, on July 3rd, the day before the 4th of July I tried to order a shake. I was informed the only flavor they had was Vanilla because they were out of all the other flavors. This is an epic failure by management. There is no excuse for not having shake flavors over a major holiday. I would hope the ownership group would consider a management change to someone who can properly stock the store.

This mcdonalds is pretty clean. Service before 9pm is always great. However, the quality of the food can be inconsistent. It can be fresh as can be, or worse than school cafeteria food. It used to not matter much because that’s what I expect from a fast food place, but McDonald’s prices are getting to be too expensive to justify this nowadays.

Overall, I had a very positive experience here! I’m giving them four stars, as opposed to 5, because there were a couple of minor items, here and there, that were a tad out of place. But, I’m happy with the service I received from the manager who was working the front cash register last night. Unfortunately, neither he nor the Latina woman—who’s also a manager, presumably—were wearing any name tags. That’s another reason why I’m only giving them four stars. Perhaps if they had been wearing name tags, I could have given the store five stars and I could have recognized them…especially him. I’m sure that they intentionally did not have on name tags so that should someone have a complaint against them, they wouldn’t be able to use their names. But, I don’t have a complaint against them. On the contrary, I wanted to compliment them for wonderful service…especially him. And even though all the tables were not perfectly clean and there were a few items leaving the store a bit debris-ridden in some places, I was pleased for the most part. Even the men’s restroom was mostly clean. I’d say for a fast-food restaurant, this is great work! Check out the photos!

Definitely an above average McDonald’s. I live very close to this location and have eaten there since the late 1980’s. The fries can be hit or miss. Sometimes cooked perfectly, other times they taste kinda old and soggy, but I guess that’s just how it is at any McD. The burgers are always nice, hot and fresh though.

The service is a hit or a miss. Sometimes if you go inside you will be waiting for a very long time to order your food… over ten mins. One time I have seen a customer go behind the counter to get some coffee and sugar because he waited so long. However other days are nice and quick. If you go through the drive-through. They are quick, helpful, nice and the food is hot.

I ordered at kiosk and must have misread screen. I got 2 Big Macs (which I dislike) instead of the 2 Quarter pounders ()¹1. Carmel sundae was smaller than I remembered. But they brought my food and drink to the table. It was nice to be waited on.

The lights to the parking lot, over the drive through lanes, and exterior of the building had been turned off or were not working. It was late enough that the dining area, front counter, and curbside were closed, but it was over an hour from closing time.
