I drove out of my way just so my toddler could play in the play area. I also had my baby with me. I ordered table service in the play area so I wouldn’t have to take my kids up to the counter and wait. After nearly 20 minutes of waiting at the table, thinking they were just busy since it was lunch time, I went up to the counter and saw my food had been bagged as a pick up order. The temperature of the food and drink tells me it was likely sitting there most of that time, despite the big “TABLE 122” label on it. Also ordered my kid’s burger without onions and it had onions on it. Then after playing I thought I’d get my kid and myself some ice cream using a coupon in the app. This time I did haul the kids to the counter to avoid any potential issues, however after scanning the coupon she told me my total which was obviously way more than it should have been. I pointed this out and she just said well the coupon isn’t working. No offer to try to fix the issue and at this point I just wanted to leave rather than ask for a manager. We’re vacationing in the area for a week and definitely will not be coming back to this location.

Manager on Duty doesn’t know the policies for their mobile ordering system and tried to give me incorrect information and told me I was wrong as I explained to them I was charged on my card and read to them directly on the website that it says they are to process the refund, not corporate. Assuming this person was a manager and didn’t just claim to be more training needs to be done

So gross! Cold EVERYTHING! My Big Mac fell apart in my hands, basically inedible with out a knife & fork!!!?! Always disappointed when I have to go here for dinner. I only do when it’s my last option. But when you work late hours post-covid, & have a appliance/electrical maintenance issues at home, options are non-existant. So “thanks” for the $6.73 (for Big Mac only) I had a coupon for “free” fries, however, they were so gross, my dog wouldn’t eat them, & she loves a fry or two. 🙁

I’m a driver for every delivery company you can think of! So it goes without saying I end up at McDonald’s quite often. Because of that I’ve always been a fan of the app because it does save you money when you know how to use it right. But at this point McDonald’s probably owes me over $1,000 for things that I ordered and they don’t have once I get there or it’s being cleaned or whatever excuse they’d have that day. No matter the location, it’s always something!

Ordered a curbside pickup of only 2 burgers and 2 drinks, waited for about 20 minutes in the spot and no one even came to give me an order status. After waiting this long, I went into the store just too check on my order, and they said it was still being prepared. Once im back out too my car, I wait another 7 or so minutes before a rather disgruntled employee hands me my food and only one of the drinks I ordered. When I kindly asked where the milkshake was, she snapped back that the ice cream machine was broken. I then asked if i would be getting a refund for not getting the drink and she just said “I dont know” and started to walk away, so I quickly and kindly asked her for a receipt so I can see, and she just rolls her eyes at me. After waiting another 5 minutes for a receipt, I walked back into the store too ask for a refund, only too hear the same woman complaining about me too another staff member for being upset that I didnt get something that was “only $5”. Once I got her attention and asked for a refund, she responded, again, that the ice cream machine is broken and then just turns around. I didnt ask if the ice cream machine was broken, I asked for a receipt! Finally someone else come too help me and i explain my issue only to be told i cant be refunded and have to take nothing or a replacement. On top of this, by the time im done dealing with this, my food is cold and i realize they gave me the wrong burger, and at this point I just couldn’t be bothered since apparently im the one making their days worse simply for asking for the drink I had paid for.

I except to get a least the drink correct. I ask for light ice because my teeth cannot tolerate my drinks too cold but I don’t want it lukewarm. When I ask for half cut tea….I except it having a little sweetness to it. Please pay attention to detail. I’ve done this job before…it only takes a second to look…. Thanks!
