They dont pay attention to anything they just look at their screen. Ordered with the machine and it didnt print a receipt. Impatient manager lady didnt make or hand me the coffee i paid extra for that was ON THE TICKET SHE JUST READ AND ASKED IF I WANTED. Dude just handed me a medium cup cause im on lunch break im not gonna wait another ten minutes to try and get your attention to make a 1.50 coffee. Dont special order here cause they wont pay attention to whats in front of their eyes.

Me and my kids went to eat lunch their today and we wait in line for like 10 minutes before being waited on. While sitting and eating our lunch other customers waiting in line e 10 to 20 mins for service and finally getting to order and one customers said something about it and the manager home self started yelling at him and another customers joins in and manager starts yelling at him too. One family with kids gets up and leave and it gets worse and then me and my kids get up and leaves too. As a manager that is soooo unprofessional of him to do. As a manager my self that is uncalled for any manager to do doesn’t matter the situation you are in.
