The inside was fairly clean. We ordered thru the app and did curbside pick up. After waiting ten minutes I finally just went inside to get it. The French fries were gross. Cold and old. Since we were on a road trip and had left and had a toddler in the car, I didn’t have the energy to go back and try to get replacement or refund. Just really disappointing.

We hit the drive through for a quick visit before our 2 hour drive home. The visit wasn’t so quick when we were only give half of what we ordered. I had gone inside and waited in line as there was a customer attempting to get his order fixed. The assistant manager helping him was beyond unprofessional. That customer walked out mumbling “that’s the worst customer service I’ve EVER had”. When it was my turn in line I was greeted by a worker who went to get her assistant manager who had just treated a customer unfairly. She greeted me by being argumentative and unwilling to help fix the problem. I attempted to be polite at first until she was unprofessional, argumentative, and raising her voice with me. When I realized she wasn’t going to be an “assistant manager” I then started to talk to her the way she was talking with me. I simple told her “I’m sorry you are having a bad day but you don’t take it out on your customers”. At this time 2 waiting customers behind me walked out without ordering. I have NEVER had such a terrible experience at a restaurant. — I do NOT recommend this Mc Donald’s as you well be treated with so much disrespect. Dani the assistant manager should probably have re-evaluation for her position.

Food was so so and they forgot a few things with our big order but it was almost 10pm but Sam was a huge help and we appreciated her kindness. There was a few different workers but she was the only one kind and willing to help us. Need more employees like Sam!!!!!!

Place was dirty, food was not good the buns were very dry the fires were old the tea was not good either, every table was dirty I had to use napkins and water from soda machine to be able to clean the table off every trash can was over flowing and employees just standing around when the food was ready I asked the lady for our cups and she seemed like it was a big deal to have to turn around and grab cups. Someone needs to send someone into this location to clean it up.

Food was hot and what you expect from McDonalds. There were a lot of flies buzzing around inside though. Not sure what that was all about. Constantly shoo-ing flies off my food wasn’t great.

About 5 minutes ago: I didn’t know they were closed so I drove through the drive through. When I got to the window, A female employee pulled something across the drive through windows after looking me in the face ignoring me, as another female worker laughed out loud. I felt so humiliated.
