guys- it sucks. My daughter fell into barbed wire and had to go to the hospital and get stiches, all she wanted after was a happy meal, went there to order and The guy at the cash register walked away as soon as we pulled up, then when we pulled up to the next window there were two guys in a fist fight, if I could give this zero stars I would, another experience loud screaming of the manager yelling at the employees. 0% recommend

It could have been cleaner in the dinning area. Tables looked like they haven’t been whiped down in days! Or floors been swept and moped in days. U don’t care how short shaft you are, at least tables can be washed and floors moped at end of each shift before anyone leaves! That’s just completely laziness on everyone’s part. The employee part for not taking the extra few minutes and the boss on duty that is in charge of the employees to make sure they do their duties!

I mean, it’s McDonald’s. Fast, hot, greasy, horrible for you food. I just grabbed a drink. Always fast service, clean and reliable. An American Icon. This branch is especially nice if you have small children because of the old school Play Place.

Had to meet someone there or I would not be there. Wanted plain tea got too sweet almost no tea flavor. Coke was colored water. Told them but nothing was done til just when left. I don’t go there any more or any McDonald’s Only had watered down too sweet tea. Don’t want to talk to anyone about and no coupons.

This location is so unclean and the service is extremely slow. I have been in there a couple times at different times of the day. Trash is overflowing and on the floor. No one cleans the tables in the play area. Drink bar is filthy and beverages are out. The floor was extremely sticky. It is sad to see the lack of pride displayed at this location.

I like many of the menu items (I would love the McRib to come back permanently). The employees get upset with each other almost every time I’m there. Sometimes, they even use foul language toward each other.

Disgusting, no line so I thought might be good at 11am after breakfast… it was not. The man taking my order sounded like he hated his job making $15 an hour taking orders. The man who took my card also sounded like he hated his job, no wonder this is the worst McDonald’s on Quincy. Hard buns at 11am? AND cold fries? Disgusting and greasy, it’s not even worth the “small” amount you pay for it. Price goes up quality goes down.
