every time that I order a quarter pounder, without fail, it always seems to be lopsided. it’s cooked just fine and tastes perfect but it’s like they don’t care how intact it is. it just sucks to pay like $7 more for a better burger and then i open the box to see a very depressed and thrown together looking sandwich. I’m already dead inside, I don’t want my food to be either. what’s weird is that this also happens when they aren’t even busy (even when there’s only like 4 cars in the parking lot) and my orders are never huge. it’s usually just a drink and a burger. also the few times I’ve gotten fries here, they’re lukewarm.

This McDonald’s is terrible. Food quality is vastly inconsistent. Sometimes you’ll go and it’ll be good, sometimes it’ll be cold, and sometimes it will be rock hard from sitting in the hot window for multiple hours. They also close the inside during business hours for seemingly no reason as they always have plenty of employees. Avoid this one if you can.

Never get the correct food, extremely rude. When I asked to get correct food and speak with the management, I was told she was too busy to talk to me. I went inside to order the correct food because my son was very upset he didn’t get his sandwich, and they were openly and loudly talking about it. I reorder and STILL got the wrong order. They were complaining about scheduling and when they had to work, nobody seemed like they were in a decent mood. I’m not one to complain but I’ve had enough of this place.

Had 3 orders of chicken nuggets & asked for sauces. The lady at the food window was confused with our order so I told her what I had ordered. She handed me the food & I asked if the sauces were in there & she said yes. We checked & they were not. I asked her for them & she didn’t want to give us anymore but finally did. But had to say she was limited in giving them out. I understand that but always a answer after we waited in line for 20 plus minutes.

The floors this past Sunday were so sticky it was like I was ice skating. So gross. Someone was going to get hurt. The locked the lobby a bit after we got our food and we watch 9 people try to get in and didn’t use the drive thur. The bathrooms look like they didn’t get cleaned all weekend. This was a bit after noon. The staff also needs to watch what they are saying with customer in the lobby. Really inappropriate I hope they can turn this place around because I’m not going back for awhile

Pulled up to the drive thru around 9:30pm. Sat there for about 5 minutes with no answer. Drove around the building again and read the hours that stated the drive thru is open till 12pm. I drove around again and still no answer. Drove up to the 2nd window and could see the workers inside completely ignoring us. We also tried calling several times with no answer.

Took a long time to get our food. Which was not a big problem. The problem is the inconsistency of the product. One time, you order a cone, and it’s a completely normal portion. The next time you get a kiddie cone… but you’ll still pay almost $2 for it. Come on, McDonalds, you’ve already screwed up your fries, and now you’re going to drive us to go to Sonic for ice cream!!

This is on the Columbia McDonalds, the manager is very rude, he doesn’t honor the coupons in the app properly. The $6.00 big Mac on Cardinals day doesn’t apply unless you show your ticket. If the Cards aren’t playing until 8:00 p.m. you don’t get your meal, as that McDonald’s would be closed by the time you get back and it’s only good for that day.

Online on Sunday it says they are open till 11. So we came through the drivethrough at 9:50 and the lady on the speaker said they don’t have any tea because they are closing early due to have no workers…. Ok so you can stay open till 10 but not one more hour at 11? And the lady had a severe attitude.
