Regarded as the worst one in the area. Easier to count how much food I get right than not, make sure you always get your receipt when you pay. I’ve been pulled forward in line for plain burgers with no one in front or behind me and still wait for 20+ minutes let alone going in a waiting for them to know your even there to dine-in. If any other fast food moves in I doubt it would last a month even less if it had breakfast.

Horribly slow people working here and the tables and seats were dirty. Ordered 2 large fries and only got 1 and people that ordered after us got their food before us. Will never come here again. Oh and let’s not forget the employee sitting in the corner eating his lunch and belching loudly

When we pulled in, you had jay and silent bob hanging out the back door, one of Staff coughed all over the fries area, and then made folks orders, no gloves on, and the lobby was trashed, food left on tables, seating area floor covered in soda, fountain area was flooded, took 10 minutes just to order, ( I refuse to use kiosk), service was decent. They were having system issues, and you could tell they were poorly staffed and trying. I negatively rate my familes visit to this location and it was evident it’s poor performance is due to management and moral.

The Pinckneyville location has a terrible track record of incorrect items or missing items in the bag, horribly long wait times, rude or inattentive staff, and a dirty dine-in area. You see a ton of locals post about their far-from-great experience with this location and I have experienced numerous times. I wouldn’t rate it this poorly if poor service and subpar food (soggy fries, cold burgers, old stale-tasting tea) were the outliers but the experience has been consistent enough that I’d rather let others know what to expect from this store and hopefully they’ll have a pleasant experience. Or maybe someone from higher up will see this and bring that store into line.

7/14/23- I went to the drive thru to get two waters, they were great! I had my dog with me who always wants to be in my business; the lady at the drive thru window was extremely kind and gave my dog a treat. ❤️tysm

Prices a way too high compared to other McDonald’s in the area. This could be because of a town tax or something but I also waited an hour for 3 mcgriddles mid at best

Nobody was in front available to help customers when we went in. The Manager on duty got onto one of the workers and said “there are people out here”, before we recieved any type of attention

Always being asked to pull forward to wait 10-15 mins. 3 out of 5 times your order will be wrong. The day staff is typically ALRIGHT but the evening staff is god awful. I never get anything difficult and they still manage to screw it up or it’s just awfully made. The WORST McDonald’s in Perry County. The manager really needs to step it up in the hiring process.
