I apologize, but this establishment consistently gets my order wrong, and the wait time is excessively long. I end up spending a significant portion of my lunch break just waiting in line, so I’ve learned to avoid it when I’m short on time. The customer service is disappointing as well. While I understand that you might be understaffed, it would be beneficial to provide your workers with better incentives or support, as I’m certain this place loses a considerable amount of business. Nobody wants to wait in line for half an hour!

Often orders are wrong. Most of the employees look like they need to shower. One female working the window had bloody & scabbed lacerations on her arms. We drive ten miles south to Arcola, which is a cleaner restaurant and they employees are clean and do not look hungover.

The food is usually how you expect it. Sometimes they don’t cook the nuggets all the way though. Staff can be rude at times as well. Made an order through the drive thru but when I got to the first window to pay the cashier just looked at me and was like I don’t have an order. I explained that I just ordered and she argued about this. Finally my order came thru and she yanked the card out of my hand for my payment. Then the 2nd window gave me an attitude when I picked up my food because of my confusion through the whole situation.
