I went through the drive-through through in order to vanilla shake one of my personal at McDonald’s………. I got home took one drink the shake and it reminded me of muscle milk because it was so watery wasn’t even like ice cream and was barely cold…… I live three minutes from that Shakespeare expensive I think I’ll head over to arbys

We’ve given this McDonald’s so many chances in the 3 years we’ve lived near by. We will no longer be giving them our business which is a lot because we have 3 little ones that love happy meals. The workers are usually nice although I’ve heard stories otherwise. We always wait forever. The food is nasty half of the time including today the buns were hard as a rock and fries tasted like soap. With all the complaints and bad reviews the owners should be ashamed of themselves for not fixing the issues. Worst McDonald’s we’ve ever been too. About a month ago we ordered 3 sausage biscuits for our kids, got home and they were plain biscuits with no sausage. They must get enough business from unknowing passing through people because locals know what a wreck this place is. If you’re reading this wait and stop at a nearby McDonald’s like Mattoon or Tuscola and skip this one!

Drive-thru, app orders and dine-in lobby service. Quick drive-thru or eat in allows you to get back on the road quick. Conveniently located just off the Interstate and near a service station, allowing you to get food and gas and get back on the road quicly. As usual, the cheapest price deal. Plenty of parking and inside seating.

Went thru drive thru between 215 and 220 today. Was a truck at pick up window and no car in parking lot. Tried to order and was told by the young man that he wa busy. I adked what i wa to to and he tild me i would have to wait awhile then he would take my order. I left after telling him i was going somewhere where they wanted my my business. He wa very rude and abrupt.

While I’m not a big fan of McDonalds, their breakfast burritos are okay along with the biscuits and gravy. I’ve heard through the grapevine , that this particular McDonalds can be slow and the customer service is so, so….but I am sure it depends on the day too- we don’t always know what people are going through or how their day is going…

The staff are friendly and helpful. The food is awesome. My only complaint is the French fries are a bit overdone, even when I’ve tried to order them without salt so they’re fresh, but they are still overcooked. Prices have went up a little bit, but that’s everywhere… Ugh!
