My dad ordered 4 egg McMuffins, a hashbrown, and a coffee for our family on our road-trip and received 1 egg McMuffin and 2 English muffins (no hash brown and no coffee). They then charged him again for the other 3 egg McMuffins that he didn’t receive. (No refund for the incorrect order.) This also took 25 minutes (like 5 people inside the restaurant and no cars in the drive thru line, so I’m not sure what was taking so long). He went inside to order and my family and I watched the manager sit on her phone outside until another customer in his car motioned for her to go inside. When my dad came back, he said there were about 5 or 6 people working so they definitely weren’t understaffed. Coming from someone who has worked in food service for 4 years (with a drive thru), this whole experience was very frustrating for everyone involved. I’m sure the staff were nice, so no hate there, but it appears the management is very poor there.

I paid for my meal in drive thru and soon after, the team member asked me to pay for another order. I said I already paid for my order and not going to pay for someone else’s order. She said my mistake. After receiving my food, my toppings was not on my burger, it was hanging out and the dressing was all inside the box. This was a rushed sandwich. I understand it is busy, but show some pride when making a sandwich instead of being sloppy doing it. Overall, I was unable to enjoy my meal and had to discard, because it was not edible. The customer service is just as bad.

Called up there about 7:30 last night ask the manager to make us a box of cookies but to let them cool so they wouldn’t all stick together and I would be up in about 5 to 10 minutes and they did exactly that the cookies were wonderful and we really appreciated them going the extra mile to very specifically make our order thank you McDonald’s

Food was okay, my burger’s bread was crunchy as if it were at least a day old. The bathrooms were in a sorry state. Trashcans overflowing and no one bothered to toilet rolls in the rollers, just set on top.

I was treated very rudely by the manager(possible name Jordon). She actually yelled at me for ordering my fries cooked to order, without salt . The fries were over cooked and burnt looking. She said that the motor to the fry filter is broken and they can’t fix any fries that aren’t burnt. She was practically screaming at me and almost swore at me and my friend. Said don’t come back again and go to Hardee’s down the street. My friend ordered his quarter pounder well done without onions and catsup and it was practically raw. She also said that she is tired of us coming in and complaining all the time. (Which we weren’t)!! If you want good hot fries that are light color don’t special order with her around. You’ll end up being yelled at. We haven’t been back there since. Over a month ago. !!!!

We ordered our food and the food itself was good. The service was good as far as the employees themselves. The problem was when I ordered a mocha frappe and they said the machine was down for the night. Okay, it was 10 pm so I was like okay whatever. Then I ordered a hot coffee and the person taking the order says we have never served coffee at night! Since when???? I have ordered coffee at night from McDonald’s for over 40 years, at night, since when do they not service coffee on a cold winter’s night? This is Illinois for Pete’s sake! So, I will not be back at this location for anything. If it was the middle of the summer I could see not having coffee at night. But the Speedway next door has good coffee and so does Love’s Travel center. Go get your coffee there where it is fresh and they have coffee at night!

This is the worst McDonald’s I been to! I ordered table service on the app. I waited 30 minutes for an employee to bring my order to my table number, but there was no service. I went to the counter to check on my order and spoke with the manager. The order has been ready, but no one hasn’t brought it to me. They end up giving me the same breakfast platter that they made 30min ago! Never coming back to this McDonald’s!
