We stopped through drive thru to pick up large coffees. (And their coffee is delicious) Anyway we saw apple fritters and strawberry cream pies on the menu. We got those and a chicken sandwich.

Literally the worst service. So disrespectful for absolutely no reason. So much so the workers refuse to tell us her name so we could go above there head because theyre all like that. I understand having a bad day but to be as rude and just awful as these workers were is a understatement. I’m blown away. It takes nothing to be kind, and this is such a hostile environment. Please work on that. For your customers sake.

Good hot food and great service. The staff very friendly. Only problem is there ️ ng floor is very oily and sticky and Drink fountain needs cleaned and stocked. Trash containers were flowing on to the floor!

Ap rarely works (can’t be an accident at this volume of failure). If the aps broke the staff couldn’t care less about your discounts or points. How can a giant like McDonald’s not produce an ap that works? I think it’s fraud. They know you’re in the habit of coming in because of the ap and they also figure you’ll come in and pay full.price when the ap is down. That’s why it’s always down. There’s no other explanation. Aps that work are possible at entry level computer science. They can’t figure it out? Please. It’s like the 50 year old unresolved truck problem, rusted out panels, they can’t fix that? Please . Fraud
