Editing my rating cause lately the spicy chickens have never been crispy and fresh, they’ve tasted old and the cheeseburgers cheese slices aren’t melted, and on top of it the soda is flat.

Ordered my food online for pick up in store. Went in and used restroom first, then approached counter and saw our food sitting on the other back counter, and two employees walked by me without saying a word to me. No one was at the registers or window and one was doing something at the drink machine but none even bothered to help me. I had to say “hello?!” two times!! Finally we got our food and because the app sucks, one of our food items seemed incorrect. When I asked about it, they explained I had to choose specifically to get my sandwich correctly and I asked for a new one and they told me only if I pay for it. And she laughed and it was kind of rude. Unfortunately this was a sandwich for my daughter and I feel like good customer service would have simply replaced the sandwich for the confusion on the app but not this McDonald’s after making us wait. Not impressed.

Nothing like wait 20 minutes paying $5 and getting a cold McGriddle McDonald’s is a joke you can order Ziggy’s Way cheaper than McDonald’s. + $4.50 a piece for 3 hot cakes. So $9 for 6 that comes with no sausage you got to order that separately McDonald’s is a joke if you go to Ziggy’s you get almost a home-cooked meal for cheaper way better food McDonald’s is a joke 32 dollars for 3 breakfast sandwiches and six tiny pancakes plus the McGriddle was ice cold
