Worst service every. People were in that restaurant waiting for over 20 minutes for their food. The crew was so confused. You had managers making food instead of leading, giving guidance and making sure the customers were being taken care of. Even after you ordered, they start actually making the order until they confirmed that you were there and waiting. Then you had one of the young girls throwing customer’s food on the counter. It was a messy disaster. The best part about the 20 plus minutes of my time there was, none of the customers were rude or disrespectful.

It’s McDonald’s what do you expect? I kind of expected my steak, egg, and cheese bagel to be served on a bagel. To my surprise it was on a biscuit with no sauce. My hot cappuccino was served cold. I stopped by on my way back home from a 3 hour trip so there was no going back. They called and said they were sorry when I sent feedback in through the app though. That’s better than some places. This was my second lackluster experience with the golden arches. 2 days before I sat in my car waiting for an iced latte and ate my whole meal. I finally walked in and asked for it and they acted like they were surprised. No one was planning on bringing it out apparently.

Me and my husband came into the establishment today and we were taken away by the service from marybell!!! Marybell was phenomenal!! Her attitude smiles and making sure our order was correct was the best service we have had from any restaurants in YEARS!! I want to say again THANK YOU marybell for everything you do to serve our community and in such a pleasant way!!!! We need more Marybell’s!!! I’m currently sitting inside, we ordered via kiosk since the person at the register had their back to us. We ordered a kids meals with a cheese burger and go a normal hamburger, no sauce for our nuggets, they forgot our drinks and took them at least 5 mins to get an employee our drinks. There’s at least 5 people here complaining on waiting over 20 mins. The garbage is full so by exit doors. Most of the tables are not wiped off. I would understand if we came during the lunch rush but this was 2pm. Too lazy to clean and cook.
