Stood there for 12 minutes waiting to order then this lady came and asked if I was ordering anything so I said to her yes ! She said okay and turned her back and went back to the kitchen!!! Then this guy came and asked the same thing and when I said yes I have been waiting to order he instructed me to go to the kiosk and order !! Are you !! Very slow drive through service and Rude workers I usually don’t eat McDonald’s but sometimes I have no choice!! Fry’s was bitter of course because the oil they fry it in hasn’t been changed for probably 3 months and the drink was flat and tasted weird

Went in a little while ago the McDonald’s app was not working 99% if the time (at other locations) the manger will over ride and help me out. I told a gentleman by the name of KENNETH about the app not working and he would ignore me and just keep asking what I wanted to order I stated sir do you hear the issue I’m having he goes “yes I do, now what would you like to order.” Keeps ignoring me I ask to speak to manager ERIKA where I reported the disrespect she tells me KENNETH is one of her best workers and goes back and forth about 2 minutes before she gets “annoyed” then manually puts in my deal off the mobile app. Order was made incorrectly even after all that. I would not recommend anyone to come here and have to deal with this kind of disrespect. If you don’t like your job just quit.

Terrible. Its 1am, yet its so packed outside, we decided to go inside and dine in, but 20 minutes waiting by the cashier, while uncomfortably… the ones ‘waiting’ for their orders, were getting too close to comfort, hogging the soda machine, and putting their feet on the dining tables, yes BARE FEET on tables you eat. Disgusting. And no one said a word about it to stop them and clean the tables Nor, were they doing their work as they just talking all casual in the back, standing there and Taking Their TIME, doing their job. One single order at a time, carelessly. We haven’t even been asked, if we wanted to order something and lefted, disappointed. Not worth our time, wait, nor money.

I literally have never ever had a good experience here I’ve had employees ignore me when having trouble with app and be rude as possible just for the manager to tell me that’s her best workers. They mess up my order EVERY time I go. Really makes McDonalds corp. look like **** the only and I mean ONLY reason I return is bc they are 24 hours and after yet another horrible experience tonight here I am. I think everyone on the night shift should be fired and every employee to get better at reading the screens

Leaving a few bc one is not enough. Fries are always soggy and old have been sitting under a light for god knows how long. Messes up my order 90% of the time and very unprofessional employees. I truly believe they’re only still in business bc they are 24 hours. McDonald’s corporation really needs to look more into their restaurants.

We ordered in advance to eat inside 15 minutes before arrival. Our food was not ready when we arrived and I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to make the smoothie and the decaf coffee. They were not that busy.

The customer service here is horrible. Two of the workers looked to be teens maybe juniors or seniors in high school, I asked for food they didn’t even say a word to me, no eye contact no hello, completely out ignoring me speaking to them, also did not even give me the drink for my order. I think I would of rather eaten nothing than go here again.not only were the young workers rude but the manager, a middle aged man with glasses was even more rude, yelled out the orders and practically threw them on the counter, before walking away, my one part of order wasn’t even put with a number so I had to go look to see where it was at.

Tried to order from the drive through, i took a secodn to speak and was immediately asked again what I wanted in a more stern tone. I then said I wanted the grimace Big Mac meal and he informed me they weren’t doing shakes right now and asked if I wanted something else. I guess i wasn’t aloud to take a second because i think he asked me what size like 2 times . I told him he then barked which one so I told him. He then proceeded to ask what else I wanted I told him I wanted another meal the same way. He was stunned when I asked him for a meal he asked another?? What meal did you want ? The 10 peice? You don’t have a meal. I pulled away and ordered inside. He said at the begging of his orders his name was kevin. While typing this I just heard the lady come out and say they couldn’t make someone’s order because they are only making Big Macs nuggets and crispy chickens. That’s all. I don’t normally write reviews. I’ve worked 4 customer service jobs and i really don’t know how this kind of behavior is tolerated here. Two cars also pulled out of the drive through ahead of us. Not only is it giving a bad experience, but it’s also losing the company money.

Manager is very rude !!! I ordered through the drive through June 5. When I got home, it was a totally different order except for the McFlurry. I called and was told my order would be waiting for me when I got there. He said what was it you ordered I told him and started to say that we already have the Mc flurry and he goes. You already got the Mc flurry. I let that slide he gave me my order. Put it on the counter and said nothing not thank you or sorry for the mixup nothing he is extremely rude !!!! I will never go back to the Woodridge McDonald’s on 63rd St.
