Lady at counter was very rude and unprofessional! I ordered a specific sandwich and stick got it wrong and when asked to correct it they still made it wrong then had the nerve to be rude again! I’d definitely fire her! Never again will I ever come to this place. It’s sad that a place where you think you’d always get good service and food they can hire some of the rudest people. But then again she works here so I feel sorry for her anyways.

Pulled up at 6:54pm when they claimed to be closing at 7:00pm. I understand he walking in 5 min before a restaurant closes but this is McDonald’s and as I’m sitting here wrong this review 6 customers were dined service all under the belief it was closing at 7:00pm. I run and operate a business and always stay late to provide customers good customer service regardless of when I say I’m going to close but especially when I’m posting a closing time of 7:00 but not taking my order before. The guy in front of me was here at 6:52pm and got to order food. Then next in line the grills are turned off. Really Un professional.

Now, I’m usually a very patient person, but I had no choice but to get out of my car and demand my money back after doing so I overheard them say in spanish ” I told you we forgot about his latte” I must say the girl did apologize…But they should have given me a FREE latte for waiting all that time…Very unfortunate

Every time I come here it’s always the same people. And it consists of mostly teenagers. But that doesn’t stop them from being incredibly professional, quick, and polite. There is a younger Mexican gentleman, a younger black gentleman, and another Mexican in his 20s who always take care of me when I have Uber Eats or DoorDash orders or personal ones. Always been a smooth experience and the one time it wasn’t. They went the extra mile to take care of me. One of those instances were today at 2 AM on Friday May 5th. I look forward to seeing these employees because they take care of me every single time.
