Don’t bother going to this location it isn’t worth your time or money. In one instance the restaurant was supposed to be open but when I arrived it was completely dark and no one was working. This was at 8:50pm on a Friday when their closing time is at 11pm. In another visit I asked for a cup of mustard and I received a pathetic amount that wasn’t even enough for three fries. When I went back to ask for more I was told mustard is only for the burgers. The people that “work” here, don’t.

This used to be a decent location, but it went completely downhill. As another review stated, there have been instances where this location was closed long before their official closing time. The service is terrible and the workers don’t care. Don’t spend your time or money here.

Just want to share the staff has been extremely friendly, professional and efficient. I place orders during lunch now and then and I always go inside. I have been really impressed with the user experience. The staff is well above average, the building is always clean, and it’s overall a friendly and positive experience. I leave happier than when I went in, and it’s not because of the food. Very glad to have this McDonald’s be a part of and represent our community.

Rarely, very rarely, will I take the time to call out a McDonald’s for greatness, however the one located at Campton Hills Centre, St. Charles, has motivated me to get the news out there. Alvin, who was working the drive thru, was so professional, kind and when I told him about how our whole team at work was talking about the Big Mac sandwich goodness, he graciously responded and was so glad to hear positive things about McDonald’s, unaware that it is people like him, who make all the difference in creating a positive day. And to Terry, the manager at that location, don’t think I have missed a shout out to you for creating an environment where people can be successful. Nice!

Was visiting family in the area and needed to pick up emergency Happy Meals and an extra meal for the kids and they eat plain cheeseburgers, specifically told the person needs to be plain cheeseburgers and he confirmed he understood, only to get the meals back to the house and all the cheeseburgers had condiments on them and one was not even a cheeseburger when all of them should have been. Been a customer of McDonald’s since I was a kid and this is the first time I encountered this mistake in the worst time. Never going back to this location ever again.

This location is very nice. I ordered a mocha frappe with no whipped cream and a shot of espresso, it was made perfectly. My food was a little cold but made quickly and I received all of the condiments I asked for. The employees were very friendly at this location.
