This is the first time in my 53 years of life. This is ever been said or talk to me. I’ve been ordering a McDonald’s meal for over 35 years now I order a McChicken sandwich and a large lemonade, no ice, but this particular McDonald’s the lady hands me the lemonade, and the glass is only half full, I asked her politely to fill the glass the rest of the way and she said when you order a drink here with no ice, this is what you get I asked for the manager she said she was the manager. She then threw the food away right in front of me and gave me my money back Over 64 ounces of lemonade

I have frequented the St. Charles location for years and quite often the experience is good and they’ll just goof up little things like the wrong sauce for my nuggets or something. But 3 weeks ago, June 12th, they completely messed up my order for 4 cheese burgers, we noticed on the screen and asked the guy at the window to double check and repeated the order, was assured it was correct and it was not, who orders a double “cheese” burger with no cheese?! And one was just supposed to be no pickle but got onions only even when the receipt said “no onions.” We called but I didn’t realize till we had driven off because I was on my way to work, and was told to come back later no problem. However, since they screwed up a previous order a month ago, and I had “done this before,” the supervisor called back and told me they’ll send me 2 meal vouchers in the mail and took my address. I think 3 weeks is ample time to send something less than a mile. I don’t call 99% of their mistakes unless they forget an item, and I was made to feel like I’m complaining just to get free food which is not the case. I would’ve gladly brought back those wrong burgers for what I actually ordered after work but was promised compensation so I didn’t. Like I said, usually my experience is ok here, but this one has definitely helped me decide to eat from home more often.

I have no clue what they gave me for a large 4 dollar iced mocha. Picture attached. Even if I got it without ice it shouldn’t look as it does. I have no clue why they gave me half a cup of mocha with half a cup of whip cream. I’ve ordered it before this way and still had the normal lid used for the mccafe drinks and a full drink with whip cream not taking up half the cup.

Used the drive through today to order breakfast and the person who took my credit card did not verify the order and charged me for someone else’s order. BTW, which was twice as much as my order. When pulling up to the pick up window they started to hand me the order that the car behind me ordered. I asked the person at the window did you charge me correctly since no one handed me a receipt yet. Umm I don’t know was the answer. I told them what my order was and they asked for how I paid for the order and they took my credit card. They did not reenter the charge and issue me a credit on my credit card they handed me cash and said this is the difference. 100% poor customer service, they need to train the cashier at the drive through to read the order to make sure they are getting the accurate payment from the correct customer. No apology was given! How many other people have they overcharged? Unacceptable. Check your receipts people!!! Kind of a waste of time leaving a review no one has actually received a response from McDonalds a low star score. Speak volumes of their customer services! They probably don’t even read these reviews.

it was a sunny sunday afternoon, and i arrived at the colorful McDonalds on MAIN street. i was immediately greeted at the cash register. The lovely man took man took my order and gave off very good vibes. I sat down and noticed a man walking around with a duster. He was excellent left it spotless (needs a raise). after the arrival of my food the dust man walked past and we fist bumped. little did he know i didn’t wash my hands after previously blowing up their bathroom. The dust man obviously didn’t know this and i respect his courageous act of fist bumping me without that previous knowledge. I will be back.

I had the worst experience ordering through the drive thru at this location. I pulled into the drive in and their was 1 car ahead of me. When it was my time to order I pulled to the speaker and no one said anything. After 30 seconds I said hello and the teller said to hold on so I did. I sat there for another minute, at the same time a car pulls into the drive thru lane next to me and orders immediately. I’m still waiting to place my order and another car orders in the lane next to me again. I then ask the guy on the speaker why two vehicles that pulled up after me by 90 seconds were able to order before me. At that point the guy on the speaker says he was busy and that I don’t work there so I don’t understand how the drive thru works with attitude. I asked to speak to the Manager and asked to pull to the window, which I did. At that point the Manager and a female drive thru attendant are arguing with me instead of acknowledging that 2 cars cut in front of me to place their order. I was told I was blowing it out of proportion and was acting entitled. I said how would you feel you were first in line, waited 90 seconds and wasnt able to order your food while watching two cars place their order in front of yourself. I just wanted an apology but that never happened and instead was being attacked verbally by the female employee. I’m not surprised to see this location at sub 4 on their Google reviews with employees with this type of an attitude. Terrible experience here, go to a different McDonald’s if possible as I’ll never give them my business at this location anymore.

Would give 0 stars if needed to, everytime I go to this McDonald’s, they always put cheese in my McDoubles when I specifically asked for no cheese. Even when it’s on the recepits and on the wrapper itself too, but if I were to order something else they always get it right. Won’t be going there much often, lost my business when there’s hundreds of McDonald’s that aren’t as bad as this location.

Conflicted… Every time I go here I consistently get great food. It’s always hot fresh and for the most part they always get my order correct. The issue is the younger employees that are there during the day. Not a single one has a lack of experience in the “customer service“ Category. The person on the drive-through end was rude didn’t say thank you didn’t say Welcome to mcdonald’s And then he talked so low like a thug could not understand what he was saying and then when we got to the window he was so slow on doing.
