Cold dry burger. Old fries and the front person at the counter didn’t want to be there. Probably rates in one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a McDonald’s. Cheese not melted. Bun is dried out and the fries were old.

Came in with my children to eat, we ordered off the kiosk and put the dine in option. Entered the tent # and waited for our meal like it states “table service”. We were the only ones in the restaurant at the time but they called me up for the food? I thought there was table service like all McDonald’s. They did not even put my food in a tray. Eating with little toddlers it’s hard not to make a mess without the tray. Not to mention almost every table was dirty. They do not focus on the dining room at all.

I stood at the kiosk for 5 minutes. The worker lady looked me in my eyes and kept doing whatever she was doing. She did not take my order at all. So I stepped out of line, the girl behind me was shouting excuse me five times before someone with a blue shirt came to take her order. This place is not a McDonald’s I will visit agsin. I was spoiled by good service so I will spend my money where they treat me well.

The worst experience ever the owner should fire these employees who cooked these. The Indian girl at the front desk drive thru gave me this food and even looked as if she had part in this horrible food service. I’m sure they wouldn’t eat this food themselves nor would they give it to their families this is horrible and corporate should know about this as well as the community !

After a long time, I went back to McDonald’s and was amazed at the terrible service they provided me. The workers in cell phones, did not provide me my receipt and when I asked him for my receipt he made me faces and when they delivered my food thru the drive-thru they practically threw it out the window and the employee left immediately without saying a word and for the first time, I asked to speak to a manager. I only talk to the manager when the service is outstanding to take into account for a better salary and better job opportunities. But this time it was the exception and I asked to talk to the manager and I found out that the employee who gave me the terrible service was the manager and he tried to justify by saying that he was super busy and had no staff when there were only three cars behind me. He definitely doesn’t know what it means to be busy, to have 3 register open taking orders and on each line to have more than 10 people in line, and having only 6 employees including the manager, now that’s being busy.

Breakfast food is highly dependent on what you get. Some of the options can be rather bland or dry. Some heavy, but delicious (I’m looking at you Mcgriddles). Most people know what they like when they order from here, just make sure you get the hashbrown when those cravings come up.

Donna and the manager and the employees, they discriminate a young boy with special needs. They didn’t what to take the food koorder. The young boy went to the register 3 times and all the employees would ignore and wouldn’t take his oder. So i went to the manager to get his attention and right away wanted to help me to take my oder. I got mad and told him i don’t need help the young boy needs help that’s the only way they help him. Wild Donna was watching that the young boy went and wait to get help so he can oder. She saw, what was going on she could have stand up from the table to help the young boy.

It needs a face-lift it’s dated and need a rubber floor play ground so kids wouldn’t have to get dirty. I’ve seen other play grounds like that and it was cleaner then any other park cause they didn’t have sand. They need to update it.
