The staff was friendly. The manager was nice but the manager informed me that if you order a drink without ice, the glass will only be half full. They said it’s a corporate decision after watching many videos on YouTube I’ve learned that the fast food restaurants don’t clean the ice box And there’s mold in and most of them this is why I never order ice with my drink anymore. I believe one day I was sick because of dirty ice about six years ago. I also suffer from achalasia so I need a lot of liquid to wash down food when you order your lemonade if you don’t get a full glass ask for a refund McDonald’s has gotten very petty and I walked out and I’m never coming back again

This is my favorite McDonald’s in my area. Whenever I need a quick meal before another task I always get their breakfast or lunch if I’m near their location. The food always seems to be Super fresh but because of that they’re pretty busy a lot of the time but it’s okay and worth it in my eyes.

Wow this location has really been updated since the last time we were here. I must say though the self serve computer screen to order with was alittle more complicated then it needed to be. Had to go through pages to find just an order of fries. That was disappointing, but other then that…everything else was fine here. Thank you!

Their ice cream machine was working but they chose not to serve ice cream. Even all the little kids wanted ice cream but the cashier said it didn’t work when the other employee told me it did, way to go McDonalds way to go! This has been going on at most of McDonalds restaurants around, smh.

Normally I go to The Burger Joint, next door, I thought I would try the McDonald’s drive thru after many bad experiences. Well, today I drove away only to find out they gave me the wrong drink. I drove back and walked in to replace it. By now, my burger and fries are cold and I learned not to return to McDonald’s. I was also surprised I never received an “I’m sorry” or a coupon or some type of reconciliation. While I’m typing this review inside the restaurant, another drive thru customer is walking in with a problem.

They have this self service panels. It says take your number to your table, will bring the food to you. We waited a while and realized our food was sitting at the counter. I went to get it and question the cashier about it.
