If I could give this McDonald’s a Zero I would. This McDonald’s has the worst Service ever, takes so long to get your food, and most of the time get my order wrong. Today I only ordered a Happy meal for my son and took about 20 min just to get it. I get home and notice his nuggets look old, dry and hard. For sure will not be back. I’ll take the extra 5 min and get Wendy’s or Burger King.

Purchased 60 chicken nuggets. Upon arriving home I opened them to see that about 50 of the 60 were extremely overcooked, dry and like eating a lump of coal, I called McDonalds and spoke to the manager who told me to come back and she would give me a fresh set. I sent my little brother back to pick up the new set, only to see him arrive home empty handed. I called them back and asked why they refused to give them the nuggets and she responded by saying I failed to bring the old nuggets back.. Which was probably pertinent information she failed to mention to me before I tossed them asked in the trash. It’s important to note I Drive an F-250 so I did not go back even though she offered to give me the nuggets for a second time. I spent 40 dollars on burnt nuggets and likely about 15 dollars of gas in the two trips. This was a very unpleasant experience I will never buy from this location again.

Don’t bother looking for anything to drink after 8-9pm at this location. How do they have NO DRINKS whatsoever?!? I think it was just employees being lazy. No coffee. No soda. No shakes. No freezies. No water?? Nothing. I was so mad I left. This was not the first time this has happened either!! One night a few weeks back, I let it go. But 2 nights this happens? No. Laziness. Get better hires!!
