This is the only McDonald’s around that you actually get hot food! I guess the others sacrifice hot for fast, but I’d rather wait another 30-40 seconds and get hot food. I didn’t wait any longer than normal here, and I received hot food! As an aside, I hate the new onion buns for the burgers!!

I was waiting at the drive thru to order. I was waiting at the intercom to order for 5 to 10 minutes. I got fed up watching people who came after order before me at the other intercom so I went up to register to order there. He said I have to go around and wait again at the line. What? I said the people in front of me here came after me and he said no, they came before you. How does that make any sense, look at the cameras and you’ll see me there before the others. When I got my food there were 5 pieces of fries only in a medium fry order.

I go here before work and grab breakfast their food is never really fresh. This last time I went I had to ask for a fresh hashbrown because the last one I got my last visit was cold as ever …and it wasn’t fresh you can tell they just reheated one that had just been sitting there already. Coffee also taste weird. Please do better

This is for the McDonald’s on Lake-Cook Rd. In Wheeling. Not the one on Dundee. This place was very friendly but very dirty and sticky. I could tell that one of the managers knew I was upset and taking pictures. The garbage was over over flowing, there was a dirty rag on the front counter.I was really disappointed because it seems that this Mcdonalds has really gone down hill. Someone please give them a clue on how to clean up.

I never do bad reviews but, today February 27th at 4:15am I was In a good mood and ready to get my breakfast at this location and the lady ignored me while I was waiting on the drive thru for over 20 min, I decided to come to the Window and place my order but the lady kept ignoring me, and the lady was on her phone while I was on the window waiting for her to come over and never got the service that I was expecting from Mc Donald’s, this cause me to be late at work and without my breakfast.
