I went to the same McDonald’s twice in the same day. For breakfast I went in at 5:50 and ordered through the digital kiosk. Others came in after me and ordered with the cashier. The others who came in after me got their food almost immediately, I’m patient so that’s not necessarily my issue. My issue is I couldn’t understand the cashiers calling the order numbers because they were speaking Spanish. Others got their food and drink at the same time, for some reason I got my food well before my drink, it was a large lemonade. Once the drink was made, one of the workers placed the drink on the cart, I then proceeded to watch the drink sit on the cart for almost the same amount of time it took to make my order, I was then given my drink. I went in at 5:50 and came out at 6:15.

Food was ordered through app at table with table number. 18 mins later we walked up to counter and they had it sitting in the back on a table. Food was no longer hot, cold fries and drinks had melted ice. Why wouldn’t they at least call out the table number if they weren’t going to bring it out so that we would have warm food and cold drinks?

Drive thru experience was alright. This McDonald’s rarely gives me pure honey when I ask for it. Instead, they just give honey mustard. Indoor was closed this last time so we waited to eat nuggets when we got home.
