I normally come to this McDonald’s 4 times a week and today around 9:10 am I went to get a meal ordered a number 9 with an orange juice. But they were about to hand me the wrong order. I told the manager and she started to argue with me over not picking the right number. ?????? That’s is not a good service. Fix it and move on.

Went in there recently and the whole place was flea infested at the counter to buy food, and where you get drinks and at all the tables. If you want fleas in your food eat at this place. And the workers are pretty dirty to, nastiest place I ever eat at. They need to shut this place down and the employees are the worst never get anything right and than blame you. I should call and get this place inspected for their flea problem it’s horrible.

Definitely not open 24 hours as listed here, or even until midnight as listed on the app. A ordered and paid on the app at 11:00 pm when to pick it up, they were locked up. Went to the drive through, no one answered. Pulled up to the window, the employee looked at me and ignored me. I called the restaurant, no one answered. I then knocked on the drive through window. Employee yelled thar they were closed. I told him that I already paid and need a refund, he said to use the app. I told him that the app said to get a refund at the restaurant. He walked away and ignored me. I called the franchise owner and left a message with my number, never got a call back. I emailed the franchise owner. I did get my refund but no apology or explanation. From now on I will drive a little farther to a location with a different owner.

This is the third time that they forget to put the syrup for my pancakes in the bag and I never checked because I never expect them to not put it in but it’s frustrating when you get home and there’s no syrup in the bag the hot cakes are no good then who has hotcakes without syrup? Practically nobody in the world would need hotcakes without syrup but I have to get out of my living room again get into my car drive to McDonald’s again to go ask for syrup and then when I do go ask what they give me the attitude like I did something wrong they better get their star star start together over there because the attitude of the employees is very condescending5

Yesterday was the 3rd time that this particular location can’t seem to get things right. Tired of ordering food, either it is so cold, not all items given, etc. I have had issues on and off but 3 times in the past 3 visits, I AM DONE WITH THIS LOCATION! Service is terrible especially from the little Spanish boy in the drive-thru window very unprofessional when it comes to customer service he should be fired for how he speaks to customers that are trying to tell him he took our order wrong and to also try and jump out the drive-thru window and try to fight me very bad for business and last but not least will never dine inside due to it smelling like vomit and old mop water
