Every time I order with the woman with a buzzcut (I believe her name is Diane)at the drive thru she is consistently extremely friendly, helpful, patient and in general just excellent at all facets of customer service. I always get a little excited when it is her who takes my order thru the drive thru. I’m honestly not sure why (unless she personally doesn’t want to be) she isn’t a part of the management team. It could really use some improvement as it stands, sad that a “regular staff” goes above and beyond all the time when management is snarky and treats costumers as if they are a burden.

I frequent various McDonalds more than I should admit, and I have even been to locations globally (China, Europe, Mexico, etc.). Unfortunately, out of the many, many locations I have visited in the past this particular McDonalds gets one of my worst reviews. We often get orders that are completely wrong, or are missing an item. The food quality varies from “normal McDonalds” to “very bad, cold and/or old” food. The cleanliness inside has had issues too. Once I complained (twice) about blood in the bathroom of the Play Zone area for kids, and nobody ever came to clean it up. We typically now go out-of-our-way to visit a farther and less convenient McDonalds location.

I came here today and order through the drive-thru. Arturo told me If I needed anything else and I said yes a 10 piece nugget and a medium fry. He then told me that I have to place a new order through the drive thru even though he could have said yes I will add it at the first window. I told him I will be adding my food to my order at the first window. He then repeated my order and I could not hear him because he had his heater on. I had to tell him again and tell him what I want to add to my order. I than told him what was my total and he kept insisting saying is that is that it. Sir do you know common sense? I’m asking you to tell me my total so you can move your cars. Your customers come first and you don’t argue with them.

Come here if you like to wait or enjoy food poisoning. Consistently slow service, unfriendly staff. Today the drive thru took 20 minutes for a happy meal. Several other times I’ve ordered extra toys, which they failed to give me, or otherwise got the order wrong. I usually go to the one on northwest highway, which is a good location. But avoid this one on Kirchoff.

This location is consistently terrible!! I used to go every morning after I switched to this location. All the food is way precooked old 4hard dry. It’s not ur regular gross cheap mcdonalds food that you buy cuz it’s easy, it’s also disgustingly stale and making me question how long this meat has been sitting in that warmer. Forgotten straws napkins and manners make this a hard no for me. Hopefully they’ll close soon.
