Today at about three thirty I went through the drive thru and ordered a double cheeseburger sub big nap sauce. I noticed that my hamburger also had ketchup and Mustard. Not a big deal easy fix. I went inside and waited patiently. I wanted to give a shout to the manager working. I thought she was extremely professional, Kind to her employees, And even use words of encouragement To those around her. I believe it is important to have a healthy work environment. And she definitely brings it on her shift. Keep up the great work you guys are awesome!

It took literally 10 minutes to get to the order board behind one car. The manager/franchise owner should be ashamed. A normal person could have taken the order, walked back and made the food, then walked back up to take the payment and give it to the customer faster than it took to get someone to take our order. I wish I could give it negative stars.

My service dog is window defensive as part of his training and did exactly that when my husband and I ran in to get a to-go order. One of the female workers told us to get him out of her parking lot or she was calling the cops for him doing his job. When we informed her he was performing his job and we could bring him inside if she would prefer, she told us he wasn’t allowed since he was aggressive. Mind you he’s very sweet, just trained in window defense.

The doors are open so you can dine in, however, there is very little to no human interaction as no one welcomes you and there was even a sign that instructs you to use the kiosk. The few staff that was working was just standing around talking to each other and I had to ask 3 times to be given my drink cup. On the plus side it was clean and food was decent.

Ok. Let’s just for one minute pretend that the dining area was at some point busy, that would still not account for the amount of filth this place has. Walk in and it smells like someone blew chunks in your nose. Lady who took the order was rude. Never asked if we were dining in. Walked around looking for a table that was not covered in food, opted to just sit at one and clean it ourselves. Food tasted as if it was sitting under a light for a hot minute. Then the best entertainment I have ever seen, a new employee being trained how to clean the dining room. As this gentleman is telling this young lady that he ” makes sure to clean behind the trash can” the largest dust bunny I have ever seen comes flying out. He leaves the large pile of crumbs he has collected in the center of the floor. The young lady asks him if she should grab another broom and he responds with ” there is only one broom” absolute shocker. As we walked out we admired the amount of filth. Maybe the guy in the pink polo shirt who I assume is some kind of manager should get this hole in shape.

Made a mobile order for two plain bacon McDoubles and fries. Got my food, burgers weren’t plain, went in and asked for the right order. Watched the line cook aggressively yell at my cashier that the food was correct, and heard the cashier report to the manager that it was the 5th time it’d happened that evening. Thank you to my cashier for fighting for my food, but the rest of this place sucks

We arrive at the drive through at 10:50 (they close at 11:00) and stopped accepting orders ONE car ahead of us. Don’t say you close at 11:00 if you really close at 10:50.
