Too bad there are no negative stars. I will NEVER eat there again. Bun dry, meat over cooked. There was virtually no condiments. When I went back to get some I had to pay another .90 cents. I had to wait for 20 minutes to get the condiments. Had to go back in kitchen twice to get service. They also forgot the fries that we ordered ($2.50 for half a cup)!

After visiting two separate days the same exact thing has happened. The person taking orders at the drive through does not listen to what we have ordered. We asked for two bacon egg and cheese biscuits and have been given biscuits with nothing on them. The people taking orders are clearly not listing causing the food we receive to be incorrect.

Fast food has never been so slow. It was >30 minutes to get through the drive through. The guy at the window didn’t seem to know which window to send me on to after taking my payment and handing me my drink. It was a mess. I feel bad for them because it was a Sunday and I’m sure they are slammed because of the interstate nearby but it was ridiculous.

I ordered mcdoubles and it said it on the wrapper but it was a dry single patty in all of them. So I was stolen from. Fries were old and they forgot the 10 piece nugget and gave random sauce. All around horrible service and made us feel stolen from. Why pay if we didn’t even get our food.. sad McDonald’s. Do better

Absolute worst McDonald’s location Iv been to. It seems collectively the iq of the store is dangerously low. Employees are anything but respectful or kind. Treat you like trash when they mess up. It be one thing if the order was hard or they were actually busy. On top of piss poor service, they close their main lobby so you only can use the drive though and still can’t get a order done properly. Thanks for my cold wrong food McDonald’s

Where do I start! The two girls that brought us our food no hi hello just gossiping about some other girl! Our nuggets were forgotten in our happy meal, our double burgers were singles and looked like they were ran over! Didn’t discover that till we got home! Called no sorry no anything just come down so I can ring it in!! I get here and speak to a manager and aww it’s one of the two girls that brought us our original food! Again no apology no here’s a coupon for your trouble for our mess up! Then let talk about how cold the fires and burgers were old and not editable! The rest of the food was old not fresh not hot! McDonald’s do better!
