Every time we come here our order is messed up. This time there is literally no tartar sauce on the fish o filet. They weren’t busy and so little things like this are just disappointing. Won’t be coming back it’s to many times with the orders being messed up or inadequate.

We stopped in at this McDonald’s on our way home from a family event… generally our experience with smaller-town fastfood is excellent! but this particular McD’s gets a 1 star from us.

Meal was way overpriced for quality. Both cheeseburgers were cold. Service was slow, poor communication, and burgers were sparsely condimented. All in all, I’m very dissatisfied. Would not recommend at all!

I do not like the Kiosk to order. Absolutely no customer service at all. The only person that spoke was the lady that yelled out the order number. NO PERSONALIZATION AT ALL. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY.

You’d think you’re eating at a 5 star restaurant. This restaurant only accepts $100 bills.. I just paid the entire years salary of the chinaman who raised the beef that’s in these burgers.

The water in bathroom is so hot, it burned my kids hands. There was no cold, just steaming hot or hot as hell. Told the employee and she stated there’s nothing they can do because of how it’s plumbed? Sounds like they need a new plumber that knows how to fix it. At least put a sign up just letting folks know there’s only hot water in the faucet.

Terrible experience. Ordered a QP meal with no ketchup and was served ketchup. My burger was RAW in the middle, cold and red, not pink but red, and tasteless mush. The burger was so cold the cheese didn’t even melt-it was still a perfect fake cheese square. If I wasn’t already 10 miles down the road I would have turned back but I chose to drive on. The fries were hot and fresh so thank you for that. Please, if anyone from this store reads this, pay attention!

Food was good, the drinks cold also, but this place charge me a dollar 30 for a drink of water. I will never stop here again ever. Can made it clear to management I would not return ever!

Not my first time here, nor a good one. I understand staffing is an issue everywhere. Stood at the empty counter for close to 10 mins before a gal walked by.. was told store uses kiosks to order/pay.

I went in to order 2 breakfast sandwiches. I waited 8 minutes before anyone offered to take my order. I was paying with cash. Apparently, they only want people to place their own orders with the kiosk. After my order was placed, it took another 24 minutes for the 2 breakfast sandwiches. There were people still waiting for their food, who had been waiting longer than me. This seems to be the new pattern for McDonald’s. We had the same thing happen in another state while traveling. We will never stop at this location. In fact, we won’t be stopping at any locations from now on.
