I work near this specific location, so I frequent it. Tonight I decided I would grab 4 sundaes for my family before driving 20 minutes back home. When I received 2 of the sundaes with fudge, the tops were completely melted. I tried using the mobile app to request a refund or replacement and it did not work- so I went through the drive through. I gave the melted sundaes back, and requested plain sundae replacements (that cost less), I was not offered reimbursement for the money I was losing out on and received 2 sundae replacements with barely any ice cream at all. So, they kept my overpayment and gave less ice cream. This is truly disappointing, it could’ve been handled so much better.

Try to go for breakfast once and awhile at this location. It is close to where I stay. I always end up waiting on the overfill because they can’t seem to be able to plan for anything. They get the order wrong about 30% of the time. Always have to wait a while for order. Just ordering for myself, not a big order. I am down with this location. Badly managed.

Went through the drive thru tonight between 9pm-930p Long wait. Had to repeat my order at minimum 4 times and they still got it wrong. My quarter pounder was well over done too (I’d post a picture if I had the option on my phone) but with how chaotic it seemed I’m not going to call. There was one girl apparently going back and forth from both windows too. Seems like they are unorganized and a mess. Granted I’m sure they are short staffed but the quality and customer service is suffering because of it. Hopefully they can get the help they need because I won’t be back to this location for a while.

It’s McDonald’s, you’re either a fan or not. Their breakfast is always good. Only complaint is the biscuit is too crumbly. Taste is fine, just messy. This location has great breakfast.
