Had to order from the electronic device as no one was at the counter. No water drink option on what I ordered. My quarter pounder with cheese was RAW. Took it to the counter, had to wait for someone to come to the counter. He took the burger to the kitchen help to get another one. He came back to the counter and I then had to inform him I had ordered it with only certain ingredients. Took them TWO trips back to the counter to ask me what ingredients I wanted on it. By the time I received my eatable quarter pounder, my husband was done with his meal , my fries were cold and my frozen coke was thawed. Quite frankly the whole experience was really BAD!

I ordered a strawberry shake and received a banana strawberry smoothie and my quarter pounder was luke warm at best…I’ve ate here numerous times and had no issues until now….the crew inside was so busy goofing off, I guess they didn’t care about the customers

Got a chicken sandwich and it was still raw. Threw the whole sandwich away. Very disappointed that was my dinner. My fries were fresh though

May 2023 update: they have remodeled it again, it looks nice. The food was amazing! Our burgers were piping hot, as were the fries, and they all tasted excellent!

This kid dropped the plate in the table and we asked him where our drinks were nicely and he pointed no sorry no nothing just pointed and walked away. The service was not nice!!!! I came back 7 months later and the guys was unclean and a worker was in the bathroom smoking then walked out side with the cigarette lit with smoke all in our faces this was a unhappy experience I would not choose this Mc Donald’s if you ever want good food and then the workers are fighting in the bathroom and this was very rude to the costumers eating and trying to have a good experience.
