This McDonald’s has a kiosk to speed up order time and accuracy, but it does neither. I waited 36 minutes for my order (it wasn’t even busy). When my order finally arrived ,it was bagged up to go even though I was dining in and had to go collect it from the counter instead of them bringing it out) my fries and burger were cold. I ordered a large fry but received a medium in a large container. I ordered no pickles but still got pickles on my sandwich. The manager was rude and snippy when I went to the counter to ask about my fries.

I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and a large fry. Our fries came out fresh and hot. My husband’s double cheeseburger came out sloppy and my double cheeseburger had a short short blonde hair (like a mans short hair) what kind of fast food restaurant are you guys running? Food was fine, but the behavior of the employee at the drive-thru window was unacceptable. She had an attitude and was impatient with customers for no reason. When paying for my order, she was taking an order of the next customer line. She was rude, was rolling her eyes, and making a hand jesture to hurry up. In addition, the drive-thru line moved very slow.

Ordering breakfast with their computer system in the store. Lots of people waiting. Severely understaffed and overworked workers! Never got the order because I didn’t pay by credit card but opted to pay at the cashier when I had my food to find out that the order doesn’t even get placed until you actually pay. Nobody ever asked or informed me until I asked what was going on. So, never got my order.

I use the mobile app because it gives the best deals, allows me to go through the drive-thru faster, and ensures that i order exactly what I want. That said, I go here often and one in every three orders is wrong in some way. Today I ordered the double jalapeño burger with medium fries and drink. I recieved a single patty, a small fry that was half full, and a small drink. I don’t understand how the cook, the fry preparer, AND the drive-thru worker ALL messed up their job. This happens WAY too often and has caused me to check all of my orders before I leave. This has to be the most pathetic McDonalds I have ever been to.

management shut down counter and force customer to use the Kiosk – counter people were rude could not take order per their management. I was forced to use app for order or the Kiosk I am 74 years old I do not want to use the machines. I want a person to take my order. the Manger should be fired in my opinion for being rude an disrespecting older customers.
