This McDonald’s really needs to be bigger for the amount of customers it serves. They have a two lane drive thru and inside seating and it took close to 15 minutes to get our food, because it was so busy. When you are on the road and it’s past 7pm you kind of expect service to be quicker.

Awful service on the evening of June 13. Simple order of a large Coke with extra ice. When I finally got to the window, the drink obviously didn’t have extra ice. When I asked the extremely rude kid at the window about the ice, he said it was in there–I just couldn’t see it! When I asked for his name, he refused to give it. Hands down the worst service I’ve ever received. If I could give less then one star, I would.

Average McDonald’s in terms of food and service. Not a pleasant atmosphere for those wanting to eat inside the restaurant. Too small, too crowded and not enough lighting. Limited menu.

I go to this mcdonalds quite often in the summer I work just down the road in rice my order is always correct the staff are polite and enjoyable I always use drive threw usually very fast and food is always fresh and hot cant say enough about the great experiences ive had here thank you rice mcdonalds

The morning crew is grumpy and impatient least the older lady with glasses handing out food normally. The night crew is ran by kids and need to be told to slow down. I shouldn’t have to drive back because my kids happy meal is missing half the stuff. Then if I hadn’t checked my burger would of been wrong. Don’t rush me through the drive thru just to mess up my order. There was two people in line. Slow down.
