The order was not done correctly. Put the adult cheeseburger in the kids’ meal and kids burger with the adult orders. Other parts of order were also incorrect even though the screen was accurate. Several different employees took turns coming to the drive-up window to visit with the group in the car ahead of us while we waited to get to that window to pay. It was very unprofessional, and we were in a hurry. They all had time to chat at the window, waving to the children in the car, while the line grew behind us. No wonder why the food service was slow, nobody was working on it.

First off the fries sucked so hard I wanted to cry. There was ZERO potato in the fries. How does that even happen? I don’t know. The little server boy was also very crabby and I did not appreciate that. He also did not know what the number 15 look like. If I could. I would give zero stars. But I can’t. Won’t be returning here anymore. Was served two RAW burgers, red in the middle. Disgusting. I ate almost half of mine before noticing and the next day was sick all day. Waste of money and a health hazard. Unacceptable.

If I could give ZERO I would. Manager was rude as could be. 10:45am, kiosks are only offering breakfast items. My coworker already ordered and paid, she was explaining to him and it was a back and forth. Not sure if she didn’t understand him or he didn’t understand her, but when I tried to explain to her that he already paid, she said “I know. I’m helping him not you”. I actually didn’t want breakfast, I wanted a burger. So your manager caused you to lose both sales. Will NOT be returning to this location ever. Train your people to be customer friendly. Whether I knew him or not, I was trying to help your manager understand that your customer didn’t understand you.

Ever since McD’s came out with the mobile app, I’ve stopped going to the drive-thru. You can rack up points and redeem for items. I always save up for a large Frappé! Tonight, I went inside (I went with someone who also had a mobile order, which is easier to pick up @ counter) I was told that the apple pies were a 11 minute wait, but was offered another bakery item for a replacement. I just want to give a shout-out to Jesus T. because he went above and beyond! He always has a smile on his face and super friendly every time I’ve gone in. Keep up the good work, Jesus!
