We usually come to this location on our way home. Today we stopped there about 1pm. We went inside and ordered from the kiosk a 6 piece chicken nugget kids meal. It should’ve been simple but it took about 15 mins before our order was ready. And there’s practically no one inside. The kid just put it on the counter didn’t even call out the order #. Luckily I was standing at the front area and just saw her put the food on the counter. Also, they must’ve remodeled the place because it looks totally different from what it did a couple of years ago. And there’s no more refills. For a billion dollar company, they’re being really stingy. A senior citizen went up to the counter and asked for refill and was told they don’t have that anymore. Disappointed! Do better.

Definitely top notch nightstaff at drive thru, just before closing tonight, this staff was the best I’ve seen in a long time, sir that tooky order at window helped me get my app right, sir giving me my order gave my fur-baby a pup cup, ma’am cleaning in the back ground …everyone was so on point, my food was fast… Very genuine staff here at this location, I could feel the energy. Please reach out to this shift tonight and extend our application big time. Highly recommend thank you guys after a long day to see such great service, that truly was genuinely from there hearts.

I come here all the time but this time they really messed up. I ordered a double quarter pounder with bacon but they only give me a regular quarter pounder. I went back to get it fixed but when I did, they took my receipt and my burger/fries and replaced my burger with something that isn’t even a quarter pounder. It was just a burger with 2 thin slice of patty. I felt like I just got robbed. Can I just get my money back?

I used to love this location but I don’t know if there was a recent staff or management change but they’ve gone down hill a lot, I get the same thing every time and they always find a way to mess it up, the only thing I ask for is extra onions and no pickle on my burger and it’s either no onions at all or extra pickles. The tipping point for today was that there was no salt on the fries? And I knew they werent just made and forgotten bc they were hard and lukewarm. If management could it together that’d be great, I don’t know why I bother coming here anymore other then for breakfast, seems to be the only time they have competent staff.
