I ordered online through the McDonalds app and my PayPal was charged. Once I got there my app crashed so I went inside to pick up my order using the receipt they emailed me. I was ignored for 8 minutes before someone came to the counter to help me. I explained what happened and the lady just walked away and started bagging drive through orders. She came back over to me and said they had no online orders and I would have to reorder. I don’t understand why I was charged and sent a receipt if that was the case. I felt very dismissed and left without my food. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location but I will say that the guys who were working both drive through windows were very kind and maybe the lady who came to the counter should be more like them.
