Can someone please explain to me how both of these are mediums? I mentioned it to the person at the drive through and he literally said it’s because it’s iced coffee… umm what.. they are both iced coffee. Literally rip people off and have employees that just close the window when you try to talk to them.. not acceptable.

A 20+ minute wait for chicken nuggets and 2 other small items. Yes, they were busy, but they were serving food to people behind us before us. This was through the drive thru. Overall, one star.

Ordered a McDouble no ketchup from mobile app, ketchup was scraped off, still soaked in bun. So I went in to get it replaced. Exact same thing except this one the only other condiments besides the ketchup soaked in bun that was scraped off, had ketchup soaked picked and ketchup soaked onions. Already complained once so I just took it home to add a bunch of mustard to try to drown out ketchup that was scraped off.

All of the employees were standing around talking I went to counter to ask for napkins the only person yo actually pay attention to me was the running drive thru I know they heard me saying excuse me not impressed

The manager is incredibly rude.bmy order was missing items and she wouldn’t take responsibility for it. She wouldn’t even entertain the fact that she messed up. Her customer service skills are very poor. She would not give me her name but she has a Hispanic accent.
Practical Life
The food is okay, just like any other McDonald’s. I was taken by surprised when I saw the hiring sign outside in spanish. it was almost like they target a certain group of people. The restaurant itself is okay, a little busy during lunch hours. I ordered food and drinks, it was brought over to the table by an employee, without condiments or napkins or a straw. Just a few small issues, some table were left with a mess. Customers very much put in the order and choose a table now. It’s not the same McDonald’s of a few years ago.

Was here 9/17/22 and while the food was “standard” for a McDonald’s…is was quite the slow service, and they only had one young gentlemen working – and he was new. Not his fault, but on a Saturday afternoon…you may want to try and get a bit more staff in? The joint was clean overall…again, it’s a fast food restaurant, nothing to rant or rave about.
