These employees intentionally poured oil ON TOP of my double quarter pounder filling the carton. I picked it up out of the bag and it poured out of the corner onto my pants and car seat. Got home, fries were wet and limp. Everything else was cold. This is worse than bad food, it’s food tampering. Done on 04-05-2023 at 7:43pm. With no one in line and me being very polite, there is no reason for this other than kids thinking it’s funny. It’s the last $26 you’ll get from my family members.

We are done with the Big Lake McDonalds. After over a year of consistent issues from missed sauces (that are paid for!), getting regular Coke instead of Diet Coke, and getting numerous RAW burgers, and in some cases extremely rude employees, I am done. Not only with this McDonald’s, but every single one under this McDonald’s ownership, including Becker and McStop in Saint Cloud. There are several other locations under their ownership, you can research if you care to. These people obviously have no shame or standards for how they operate their restaurants. They are either way understaffing, or they are paying bottom dollar and scraping the bottom of the barrel for their employees.

Extremely unimpressed by this location first I get a complete wrong order through the drive through window then when I go inside to correct it. Honest mistake no biggie I stand there for 25 minutes get half my order another ten the rest comes out and then when I get out to the truck and open this sloppy mess and it drops all over the interior now I’m not so happy it isn’t even right it’s supposed to be a McDouble plain with Mac sauce this is a double cheese with ever condiment known to man and a few only to sea cucumbers on it

How is McDonald’s even in business you can’t eat there for less than ten bucks whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner. And who spends $10 on a breakfast at McDonald’s you can’t get an so-called value menu item for under ten bucks. Heck you can’t even get a large pop for $1 anymore . and the new go-to is by our soda it’s so cold. They’re trying to sell you on How cold their soda is because their food and service sucks not to mention the price . They can’t even go till 11 to serve you breakfast they have to shut it down sooner to serve you non-real lunch meat . The McDonald’s in Big Lake it has got to be one of the worst of all time. Nice facility it’s newer. management terrible, ownership even worse. They have you paying for condiments now. And can’t even give you napkins unless requested. It’s McDonald’s. McDonald’s. People. Do yourself and your kids a favor. Stay away. Just stay away.
