I think they were looking for people with a pulse, and that’s what they have working the drive through in the morning. Same guy at the first window every time I’m there. He has a personality of a packet of mustard. At times he doesn’t say a word. The lady who always works the second window is programmed to say what she does with absolutely no emotion, feelings, or enthusiasm. I actually hate going because this is how I start my day when I do go. The funny thing is, they’ve been employed for years! Please, teach them to talk!! Teach them manners. Teach them to be personal.
