I don’t even know where to start. Their Big Macs have a gorgeous crispy but soft delicious flavor. Their drinking dispenser is top-tier. They have definitely mastered the art of frying their french fries to perfection. They are simply amazing. If I could give them a 100/5 stars I would.

I am a wheelchair user there is no automatic doors and the employees were rude today and didn’t help me out of the McDonald’s today. It was very hard to get in the McDonald to begin with with no automatic doors buttons to push. Very nice customers help me in and out of McDonald and their not the employees. They have a handicap sticker on one of the doors. I was thinking that was an automatic door. I was so wrong.

Well truly I have a lot to say. Especially as someone myself who works in town as a customer service representative. This mcdonalds is the worst mcdonalds I’ve ever been too. Every time I go and order a large fry it comes half filled, lukewarm and no salt. And I can say that’s about 90% of the time I go. So what am I really paying for at this point. Also another thing is today I ordered a Big Mac with no pickles and it came with pickles on it even though there’s the custom sticker on the burger box saying I specially didn’t want pickle. Just overall food quality is very poor. Staff is also not professional, half the time the staff sound like that hate their life lol. Was at the window today and they didn’t say one word while handing me my food. At least pretend like you like your job instead of being mute while handing me my food. A nice hello or have a nice day would be great. After reading this I may sound like a Karen but I’m just sharing my true experience. If y’all see this I really hope you step your game up. Because I see your hiring signs all over the store. If you actually want business or employees just be professional. ♀️

I’m rating this at a 3 because the night shift is horrible! But the morning staff is textbook. They’re amazing! They remember their customers, they read orders and execute them correctly, not just quickly. The night staff makes me wanna pull my hair out. I don’t think they’re even trying. We’ve taken orders back to be corrected 3 times in a row, and they still don’t get it right. So we’ve given up. They gave my child black coffee for a happy meal order. They always have attitude at the drive thru, both in taking orders and giving your food. I guess we’ll just take our money elsewhere for dinner.

4-3-23 WOW,,,UPDATE. I work in town and have 30 minutes dinner. First, no one would answer as I sat at the order board, yet they helped someone AFTER me that drove into the other lane. They we waited over 23minutes!! When I got up to the window, I already paid as my number is on the app I have, I asked Jon what is the hold up? He checked and came back saying someone ordered something else when at the second window. I said, “Then why don’t they have him PULL AHEAD and go in those spots!! I said it’s so unfair, and I only ordered a soda and small fries. My fish sandwich was with my rewards. I FINALLY get up there for them to just give me my soda and fish sandwich. I asked where my fries were and he said “you didn’t order them”. I said “well I did, but I’m not going to hold up the people behind me to argue with you”!! I got back to work with 3 minutes left on my dinner time!!

Every time i’m through this location, my order is either wrong, cold, and usually it’s both. It seems the dining room is usually closed due to staffing issues and i can’t blame anyone for not wanting to work here. Worst place in town.
