After receiving a burnt Steak and egg bagel that cost me $7.59, I decided the cost of the sandwich was too much for me to simply not at least get my money back. I took the bagel in and asked nicely for a manager. Instead she gave the cashier 2 free coupons to hand to me- nothing else said and she didn’t even show her face. I wasn’t angry about the meal I just simply wanted to point out that maybe there was possibly a problem with their toaster. Shame on you for passing the buck off to the high school kid at the register.

The kiosks are awful to use and I’d like to think im fairly tech savvy. 2nd issue is that i ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget happy meal for my kid and they forgot to put the nuggets in it. I had to go back to counter and get them which wasnt a big deal, however, if this was the drive-thru, I probably wouldn’t have realized til we got home. If i stop again, I’ll be checking everything before i leave the parking lot.

I ordered 3 burritos (with picante sauce), 3 Hashbrowns, and a muffin. I received 4 burritos with no sauce, 1 Hashbrown, a muffin, and an orange juice I didn’t even order! I have ordered from them 2 other times and everytime it was wrong, the management is either completely incompetent or they just don’t care and the employees are illiterate. Do not order from this location.

Courteous staff, but overall food quality isn’t worth the cost. Tiny, unappetizing burgers for the price of a full meal elsewhere. Not a huge McDonald’s fan overall, but the Portage and La Crosse beaches are both better than this one
