Worst McDonald’s experience ever. My boyfriend and I had stopped after a day of traveling. We came in ordered at the touch screen . It did not print out a receipt to pay a counter that went up to the counter waited about 5 minutes before anyone helped us they thought they fixed the issue as paper was jammed. We went and reordered, and it had then printed a blank receipt. We just then decided to order at the counter. They then got our order wrong and didn’t get a drink cup. They eventually brought us a drink cup. However, it was the incorrect size. At this point, I was ready to ask for a refund, though I didn’t. Order came out without any ranch. Extremely horrible service took forever for anyone to come to the counter to help use employees standing behind the counter on their phones.I honestly should have asked for a refund.
