Order on app, table service, had to wait for them to finish all the door dash orders first. Then we were called to the counter with the table number and my name. She said oh I thought you were door dash. There were approximately a dozen employees and all you could here was complaining about them having to work. The McCrispy barely had any ranch, not enough to taste. The packets of ketchup were stuck together.

Multiple times I’ve been inside dining and overheard one of the managers (female, short, chubby with glasses) yelling at the employees behind the register so that the entire lobby can hear. Was incredibly unprofessional and rude. This has happened multiple times with the same manager. Hard to believe that she hasn’t been reported before and continues to behave like that.

So they have a drive through with one lane. They wait till you’re in line to tell you that it’s cash only instead of putting up a sign, like any smart person would do when you have one lane. Got stuck in line. Not only that they took 20 minutes to cook one order. Go here if you want to waste time.
